About the role
You'll run the BetterXYZ social accounts (TikTok, Instagram and more) and make the content that gets a league's players and parents onto their site: results clips, table updates, player highlights and behind-the-scenes posts.
What you'll do
- Plan and post short-form video for each league site, several times a week.
- Turn results, tables and stats into quick, shareable posts.
- Film at matches and events when it helps.
- Track what works and do more of it.
What we're looking for
- You already make short videos and know what gets watched.
- You follow grassroots or underage football and get the culture.
- You can work to a weekly rhythm around the fixture list.
- Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere or similar.
